Royal Virtoria Teaching Hospital, (RVTH) Banjul, Gambia and A.M Doglioti College of Medicine Auditorium, Monrovia Liberia as follws:

The Postgraduate Fellowshipofthe College is recognized by member countries ofthe West African Health Organisation (WAHO) for appointment of Doctors to Consulfant positions .
REQUIRMENTS
Candidates to sit for the Primary Fellowship EXaminations must be MediCal Practitioners who are FULLY registered in Cote Dlvore, The Gambia, Ghana, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leooe and Republic of Benin.
• Membership Examinations MWACP candidates must have passed the Primary Examination of the West African College or its equivalenl and subsequently satisfactorily completed two years residency training programme as prescribed by the relevant Faculty. Copies of Physicians In training letter and Exemption
• Letter are to be submitted along with your application. Candidate must have registered for Physician in Training immediately on passing Primary and on enl$ring inlo a training programme in an accredited institution Physicians in Training fee is N30. 0oo.00 or$188.
• Fellowship Examination candidates must have passed the Membership Examlnation of WACP and satisfactonly completed the appropriate years of training in an accredited institution. Further details are available in the Prospectus of the College, The College prOspectuss is available for sale at the College Secretariat. SubspeCialty training fee is N62.oo0 or $388.

. Membership $410 or N65.000.00
. Fellowship $625 or N100, 000.00
. 4. Subspecialty $815 or N130,000.00
Additional Practical Examination Fee of N15.000.00 is payable by Membership and Fellowship candidates in Laboratory Medicine, and Membership candidates in community Health. THIS IS PAYABLE ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM, OTHERWISE THE APPLICATION STANDS DISQUALIFIED Assessor's fee fOr Fellowship candidates' Case Book/Dissertation forthe College is N20, 000.00 in a SEPARATE BANK DRAFT in the name of West African College of Physicians. Four cOpies or Dissertation and or case books must be SUBMITTED along with two copies of the apPfOVN proposals. All to be sailed inside CD rewritable. Candidates should collect
their correctedd dissertation or casebooks and examiner's comments immedlateiy after the examination.
MODE OF PAYMENT
The fees are payable to the WEST AFRICAN COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS (WACO) account inGUARANTY TRUST BANK countrywide. Account No. 0028724798 0riginai copy of TELLER to be attached with the application forms to the College while candidates are advised to keep a photocopy. Candidates for Accra Centre should pay through GTB money transfer and call Mr OkieteY on +23375091659. BANK DRAFTS ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE FOR EXAMINATION APPLICATION PLEASE NOTE THAT NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. Members candidates must include evidence of having passed Primary and fulfilled the requirement of Physician in Training.
The College shall bear no responsibility for wrongly addressed cheques or payment into any other accounts. No refund will be entertained
APPLICATION
a Attendant of MandatorY Course in Medical Ethics is a prerequisite for sitting Membership examlnation of the College . Current application forms are available at the WACP Secretarial or their liaison offices, or can also be down and printed from; www.wsc-physicians.org. Candidates are advised to download and use the current application form from the College website; otherwise, their APPLICATIONS will not be processed,
b. Evidence of attendance (NOT FUTURE ATTENDANCE) of RevisiOn/Update/Ethics Courses must be attached, Candidates for the Membership or Fellowship Examinations will be expected to submit a photocopy to their completed Log books. The original should be brought to the el(smination hall. An Autopsy Logbook is mandatory for all Membership candidates in Laboratory Medicine.
c. Submitting allered or falsified documents to the WesT African College'of Physicians may be a suffldent cause for the College to ban you from an examination to terminate your paiticipation in an examination, to withhold and/or invalidate the results of an examination, to withhold award of the Fellowship of the College, to withhold a certificate, to revoke a certificate, or to take other appropriate action, The WACP will report findings of irregular behavlour to the Medical & Dental Council of the Country where tile candidate practices. to other Postgraduate Medical Colleges in the West African Region and to any other organization or individual who, in the judgement of the WACP. has a legitimate interest in such information.
d. Code of conduct including dress code for the candidates shall be strictly enforced. The College has zero-tolerance policy to examination malpractices. Cases of change of examination centre after submission of application form shall no longer be entertained, Cases of request for change of faculty after submission of apptication form shall not be entertained
DEFERMENT OF EXAMINATION AFTER APPLICATION IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE All application forms must be acCompanied with "DOCUMENTS
INCLUDED CONTROL FORM" which could be downloaded from the website along WIth the application form. AND MUST APPEND THEIR FORMAL SIGNATURE IN THE SPACE PROVIDED ON THE APPLICATION FORM Candidates are advised to send application forms by courier service and not by ordinary postage Candidatas in the THIRD Trimester of Pergnancy OR In the EARLY Postnatal Period may Not apply,

CLOSING DATE
The closing date for the submission of completed application forms is Friday Jan 24th 2014. Candidates for the Fellowship examination must have submitted their dissertations or case books by the closing date. Lateness in submIssion of approved dissertation will not be entertained.
PENALTY FOR THE LATE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS IS N16.000,00 OR $100 fOrOne wok and N32.000:00 OR $200 THERE AFTER for second week.
