Kampala International University is seeking to recruit senior lecturers with PhDs from reputable In ihe Following fields as fulltime Academic Staff.

Positions:

Veterinary Medicine - 3 Positions

Physiclogy - 3 Positions

Pharmacology -3 Positions

PHD Anatomy- 3 Positions

Surgery - 3 Positions

Obstetrics and Gynaecology - 3 Positions

Paediatics -3 Positions

Anatomy - 3 Positions

Histology- 3 Positions

Biochemistry - 3 Positions

Pharmacy - 3 Positions

Location:

All should report to various Heads of schools/ college at Kampala International University, Main Campus or Western Campus.

Contract period: Three years renewable no satisfactory performance.

Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities.

i. To teach and supervise Students on placement, and lecture courses. and / or subjects which are consistent with your academic background and competence of the college.

ii. To dorelop and continually improve the curricula of courses and or subjects.

iii. To re search and publish academic articles and / or books in your area of specialization.

iv. To advise students and colleagues on appropriate subject matters consistent with the academic background and training.

v. To develop a marking scheme for the courses taught.

vi. To carry out progressive assessments and taught.

vii. To set, invigitate and process university examinations.

Viii. To attend departmental and Faculty Boatd meetings.

ix. To perform any other duties as may be assigned to you by the relevant University Authorities.

Qualification and Experience

1. Qualifications is PhD from a reputable university.

2. At least 4 years of experience in teaching and handing students placements.

Remuneration:

An attractive package 65 per the University Scale
