OBJECTIVE: To assist participants acquire the necessary skills required for the mmodern management of health institutions and programs

 

COURSE CONTENT: will include but not limited to principles and applications in strategic planning in health, health policy formulation and evaluation, health resource mobilization, health resources allocation, human resources management, financial management, material resources management, quality assurance in health and equity in health.

 

EXPECTED PARTICIPANTS: Medical doctors preparing for the final part 11 fellowship examinations of the national college in all specialities, medical doctors in or aspiring to leadership positions in federal, state and local government health departments, general and teaching hospitals as well as those in private practice.

DATE: Monday march 10th - 14th 2014.

TIME: 8 - 6pm daily

COURSE FEES: N40,000 per participant. A certificate will be issued to candidates who fully participate in the program

MODE: Non residential (registration closes at the end of the first day of the course)
