Experienced Pharmacist

 

Job Summary

Wellness Centre requires the expertise of an experienced pharmacist to work closely with the nursing team to ensure client receive the best treatment plan, advice and administration route. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be required to share managerial responsibilities with the assistant manager and any additional responsibilities that might arise.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the supervision of duties of junior staffs

• Advising clients on best route to achieve required results pertaining to their overall Wellness

• Using pharmaceutical knowledge to design client treatment protocols and strategy plans

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the centre.

• Keeping up to date with, and contributing to, research and development of the Wellness Centre

• Refer clients to medical experts if they require medical assistance.

• Monitor vitals like blood pressure and weight

• Provide drug information to Clients and Staff

• Assist with general business management at the Wellness Centre

• Take stock of Inventory on arrival and other stock items

• Prepare End of day report on daily and monthly activities

• Prepare invoice for every service rendered and service sold;

• Maintains Centre’s inventory by checking pharmaceutical & non- pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level

• Anticipate needed medications and supplies

• Maintains a safe and clean Wellness Centre by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations of the Centre;

• Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs and other supplies;

 

Job Requirements

• Should have B. Pharm and must be a registered member of Pharmacists council of Nigeria (PCN) with at least 3 years cognate experience as a practicing pharmacist

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages most especially Microsoft Word & Excel.

• Must be hard working, able to multi-task and work for long hours

• Must be a person of proven integrity.

• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

• Excellent communication skills

• Dynamic, creative & self-driven with a high level of integrity
