Most people will blame NMA for the above mail but I will rather blame the government for their consistent *divide and rule* tactics in the health sector. This is the major reason why the health sector has been underprivileged for decades compared to tertiary education sector. The falliable ego of NMA, MDCAN members and other related associations, has made the health sector more vulnerable.
Even though the pride of these adored doctors has fetched them scrupulous governmental policies, enormous research grants, fortunes outrageous compensations and other concealed benefits, they are imprudent of their mutilating
effect on the present management, structure and delivery service in the health sector (taking cognizance of their delightful attitude towards patient sabotage, diversion of funds, desperation to head all units with ~toilets~and considering other health care professionals as second class citizens
These professionals and their unions weren't hypnotized when the doctors were displaying their political gimmicks (of an attained demand to receive alert of acclaimed arrears and coated allowances in their individual accounts before calling of their own industrial strike action) with the support of Nigerian senators and ministers especially the current Minister of Labour. JOHESU patiently observed while they reminded the government to obey the overdue Supreme Court verdict in favour of their members.
Unfortunately, NMA suddenly became unnecessarily frightened by JOHESU action.
I sincerely commend JOHESU and supportive association executives for ensuring absolute compliance to this present *alligator bite* progression and disregarding all manner of distraction by government sponsored organizations and our gormandizer opponent.
However, I recommended that JOHESU should use attainable measures to ensure the Minister of Labour, Finance and Health completely consent to ensuring members receive alerts of our numerously denied and entitled benefits in our individual accounts before calling for any meeting with the agenda of calling off the *alligator bite* industrial strike.
Thank you.
