In line with the broadened scope of our work, the need for increased staff capacity around specific areas have emerged. We therefore require the services of resourceful, experienced and dynamic professionals for the following positions:
Strategic Information Associate
Location: Benue (Email: [email protected])

Incumbent will assist in providing technical support in the planning, implementation and review of Strategic Information activities at supported health facilities. Development and refinement of Strategic Information materials, Provide support in the development of'a systematic procedure for Monthly patient monitoring and programmatic progress. Support routine data quality checks in all supported sites. Collect, collate and report all data tracked by the program. Support Data Clerks to verify and edit data to ensure compatibility with data entry system and procedural requirements. Mentor facility staff to that the data entered into hospital database are accurate, consistent and according to prescribed format.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
Degree in Medical records, Statistics or any discipline in the social sciences. At least 2 years' working experience in the implementation and management of health Strategic Information system (HIV/AIDS programming preferred). High-level computer skills using MS Excel, MS Access, SPSS and/or SAS and Epi-Info Windows.
Basic data management and analysis skills. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems and deployment of database systems for patient monitoring an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills.
General Requirements
All postions require proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, computer applications and Internet/Emails. Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills are essential. Significant amount of travel may be involved.
