Applicants are invited for admission into the underlisted one year Post Basic Nursing Programme, which will commence on November 20 14. 

1. Accident& Emergency Nursing 

2. Ophthalmic Nursing 

3. Paediatric Nursing  

4. Peri operative Nursing 

ENTRY REQUIREMENT 

Applicants should possess the RN qualification with or without RM, WASC/GCE S Credits including English Language, Mathematics and Biology for not more than two sittings. 

Applicants who qualified in 2006 till date should have credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Two years post qualification experience and current practicing licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria is mandatory. 

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION 

Written examination to be conducted on the 14th June 2014 bv 9.00 am at School of Post Basic Nursing (Human Resources Development Centre) Lagos University Teaching Hospital. (LUTH). Successful candidates are to bring along original of all relevant certificates for interview at the same venue from 8th -10th July 20 14. 

METHOD OFAPPLlCATlON 

Applicants are to obtain bank draft for the sum of N5, 000.00 (Five Thousand Naira Only) in favour of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). The draft should be taken to the Cash office LUTH from 9.00am - 2.00pm. for exchange of a receipt. Photocopy of the receipt MUST be submitted to the office of the Chief Coordinator, School of Post Basic Nursing before collection of the FORM. 

CLOSING DATE FOR RETURN OF APPLICATION FORMS 

The copies of the completed application forms, 2 recent passport photographs, photocopies of the relevant certificates and one self addressed envelope with stamp should reach the Administrative Office of the School of Post Basic Nursing not later than-Friday 6th June 2014.
