Job Title: Biomedical Engineer

Location: Warri, Delta

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and patient safety within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair biomedical equipment and medical devices.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration of medical equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications.
• Train healthcare staff on the proper use of medical equipment.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers for equipment procurement and servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 2–5 years relevant experience in a healthcare facility.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
