The management of the College of Nursing Science at F.M.C Asaba is now accepting applications for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic year. EXAM VENUE: Federal Medical Center Asaba, Multi-Purpose Hall

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

• Must obtain at least five (5) Credits Passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent. The subjects must include English Language and Mathematics as well as three other relevant subjects
• Passport photograph.
• Please note that the result must be uploaded. NO AWAITING RESULTS

METHODS OF APPLICATION

• Proceed to Federal Medical Center Asaba to make a non-refundable fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (15,000) Only. For online applications.
• Please make payment at any point in FMC Asaba hospital and come with your evidence of payment to pick up the application form at Admin Block
• Carefully complete and submit the application form.
• Upload digital copies of scanned O'level result(s) and passport photograph with a white background not more than 100kb which must be in JPEG or JPG with no eyeglasses or veil.
• Print out the online Application Form to ascertain successful registration.
