• Post Basic Nursing (Orthopaedric/Burns & Plastic)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

• Must be 16 years and above at the time of application
• Must obtain in not more than two sitting O'Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics. Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE or at one sitting from NABTEB
• Birth Certificate/decleration of age (Not Baptismal Card)
• Testimonial from the last school attended
• Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Two (2) recent passport photographs
• Mode of identification (NIN, PVC, Driver's License, International Passport)
• Basic Nursing Certificate/Licences (for Post Basic Nursing applicants only)
• Original/Photocopies of all relevant document will be sighted during interview

HOW TO APPLY

Pay via Remita the sum N22,500=(Cost of Admission form & Examination fee) in favour of National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu

NB:

• To generate Remita, Visit www.remita.net
• Select pay a biller
• Type against "Who to pay" National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu
• Select "POS" Collections "Under" Service/Purpose
• Complete the form and Click submit
• Use any of the remita channels to pay

(You may approach any ICT staff at ICT lab for assitance)

Procced to office of the Registrar for

• Confirmation of your payment via Remita
• Change of your confirmed Remita Receipt to NOHE receipt
• Collection of your application form

Take your already filled form to ICT lab for data processing of your application form

Note: Sales of Forms start Wed, 19th June and close on Fri, 30th August 2024

EXAMINATION METHOD

Examination by CBT on Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
