Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the National Diploma (ND) in Nursing Program at the College of Nursing Sciences, University Of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Borno State for the 2024/2025 session.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Candidates for the programme must possess five (5) O-level credits at not more than two (2) sittings which shall include; Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible, and the NABTEB result can only be combined with another NABTEB result to make a deficit in the required subjects. In addition to the O level. candidates must have sat for the 2024 JAMB Examination with relevant subjects (Biology, Chemistry, English, Physics).

• Sale of Admission Forms Starts: 4th October to 16th October 2024
• Deadline For Submission Of Completed Forms: 18th October, 2024
• Date of Entrance Examination: 22nd October, 2024
• Date of Interview for successful candidates: 24 to 25th October, 2024

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Six (N6,000) Thousand Naira Only into UMTH SCHOOLS ACCOUNT
2. Payment of a non-refundable fee of Five (N5,000) Thousand Naira Only as an entrance examination fee into the UMTH SCHOOLS ACCOUNT
3. All completed forms should be submitted at the college administrative office on or before 18th October 2024 with the following documents: Testimonial, indigene letter, O Level Results, Evidence of Payment, Birth Certificate Or Declaration Of Age Certificate, Primary School Certificate
