CLINICAL MANAGER is in charge of overseeing the clinical team as they provide healthcare services to patients and manage the patient experience. Their duties include training, scheduling, mentoring and consulting on patient treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Create goals and objectives for the clinical departments and make sure they are met by the staff
• Communicate with staff and department heads
• Supervise the recruitment and training of the clinical team
• Create work schedules
• Ensure the facility is compliant with current laws
• Improve the quality and efficiency of the level of care delivered to patients
• Solve any problems patients might have at the facility

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in an Healthcare Specialty
• Preferred Background: Nursing, Medical
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work with a variety of health care professionals and patients
• Reliable and verifiable experience in area of specialty
• Ability to lead and motivate others
• Work flexibility with good organization and planning skills
