Registar, Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria, Bashir Idris, has stressed the need to develop a curriculum that will be up to date for internship, service duration and entry requirements for health practitioners.
He charged them to update themselves with a new curriculum to meet international standards of practice.
He spoke in Abuja during a seminar on curriculum review themed ‘Curricula Development and Review of BMAS for Training Community Health Practitioners’.
According to him, the purpose of the seminar is to have a standard working document with a good legal backing document that will protect the profession.
