Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria is a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Health. It regulates the training and practice of Community Health Practitioners in Nigeria. 

This is to inform the Community Health Practitioners in the employment of Federal and states Ministries, Agencies, NGOs, Military and Para-Military and the general public that, In its efforts toward maintaining quality of service to the citizens of this country, this Regulatory Board has resorted to verify the certificates and licenses of the Community Health practitioners in Nigeria. The exercise shall take place in all the 36 States of the federation and federal Capital Territory in three (3) batches effective from 6th to 26th February, 2022. 

The exercise shall be flagged off by the Hon. Minister of State for Health Senator (Dr.) Adeleke Olorunnimbe Mamora on Monday, 7th February, 2022 at Barcelona Hotel, 23, Blantrye Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja at 10am. 

The schedule of the exercise across the state is as follows:

All community health practitioners are strongly advised to present themselves for the exercise for their own goo.
