The management of the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital wishes to announce the vacancy in various cadres of medical personnel / Nurses, and invites intended and qualified candidates to submit application in the following positions:

THE POSITION

A) CONMESS:

i) CONSULTANTS with specialty in Radiation and Clinical Oncology; Neurology and Cardiothoracic Surgery’ 

ii) Resident Doctors 

iii) Medical Officers 

iv) Dental Officers 

B) CONHESS

i) Nursing Officers 

ii) Nursing Superintendent 

iii) Staff Nurse 

QUALIFICATIONS 

All applications should include: 

a) NYSC discharge certificate (as appropriate) 

b) Relevant University Degree Certificate and or professional certificate (MBBS, RN/RM, B.Sc Nursing etc)

c) “O” level certificate 

d) Birth certificate 

e) CV

f) Certificate of State of Origin 

g) Letter of Recommendation (at least Two)

h) Certificate of Full Registration with professional bodies 

i) current practicing license 

j) Result of primary or part 1 / membership exam (eg. Internal medicine, obstetrics & Gynaecology, paediatrics etc) from the National Postgraduate medical college, or West African College (for Residents).

k) Results of Part II Fellowship Examination with the National Post Graduate College of West African College with subspecialty in Radiation and Clinical Oncology, Neurology and Cardiothoracic Surgery (Consultants).
