RE: GROUP LIFE INSURANCE FOR DOCTORS AND OTHER HEALTH CARE WORKERS AND PAYMENT OF DEATH IN SERVICE BENEFIT TO NEXT OF KIN/BENEFICIARIES

I am directed to refer to the Ministry’s earlier letter on the above subject Ref: C.5323/II/110, dated 13th July, 2020 (copy attached) requesting you to forward the updated Nominal Roll of your Hospital and request you to ensure that the Nominal Roll of your Hospital is submitted IMMEDIATELY to approved Insurance Company and copy the Ministry through email, [email protected]

You are further directed to commence the due process of payment of Death-in-service benefits of all health workers who have died as a result the COVID-19 pandemic or other related causes in your Hospital.
