Job Title: Gynaecologist

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Consultation: Diagnose and treat patients with reproductive health concerns, ensuring personalized and compassionate care.
• Fertility Treatment & Procedures: Lead IVF, IUI, egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other assisted reproductive techniques.
• Advanced Diagnostics: Conduct ultrasounds, hormonal assessments, and laparoscopic procedures for accurate fertility evaluation.
• Clinical Research & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging trends in fertility treatments and contribute to clinical advancements.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with embryologists, nurses, and counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Success Rate Optimization: Implement strategies to enhance treatment success rates while maintaining ethical medical practices.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procedures adhere to medical guidelines, ethical standards, and fertility regulations.

 

Qualifications

• MBBS & Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (FWACS, FRCOG, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in a fertility clinic or reproductive health center.
• Expertise in ART procedures (IVF, IUI, egg freezing, and related treatments).
• Strong understanding of hormonal therapy, ultrasound, and minimally invasive reproductive surgeries.
• Exceptional patient care skills with a compassionate and ethical approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing medical environment.
