Our client is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery in Imo State through innovation, state of the art technology, and excellence in patient care, and is therefore seeking qualified candidates for key executive and senior management roles that are critical to strengthening health system governance, operational efficiency, accountability, and service delivery across Imo State, for the following positions.

1. Executive Director, Operations ED Operations

Job Summary
The Executive Director, Operations, will oversee the operational performance of all hospitals, health centers, and the Central Medical Store under the companys management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for healthcare service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Develop standardized operational policies, procedures, and quality assurance frameworks.
• Coordinate facility management, service integration, and performance monitoring.
• Drive operational excellence, patient safety, and service quality improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize healthcare outcomes.
• Report on operational performance metrics to Executive Management and the Board.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Health Administration, Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or any other relevant discipline.
• Master s degree in Health Management, Public Health, Business Administration MBA, Public Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in operations management within healthcare, public sector institutions, large scale service organizations, or other complex operational environments, with at least 3 years at senior management level.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi site operations, large organizations, or institutional systems, including oversight of people, processes, and performance.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and performance management skills, with the ability to drive operational efficiency across diverse teams and locations.

1. Chief Pharmacist Central Medical Store

Job Summary
The Chief Pharmacist will oversee pharmaceutical procurement, storage, distribution, and quality assurance for the Central Medical Store.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medicine supply chain operations and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Coordinate procurement, forecasting, and distribution to facilities.
• Implement quality assurance and pharmacovigilance systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy B Pharm or Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm D.
• Full registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria PCN.
• Minimum of 8 years experience, including senior level pharmaceutical supply management.
• Experience with public health supply chains is an advantage.

1. Chief Nursing Officer

Job Summary
The Chief Nursing Officer will provide professional leadership for nursing services across all the company managed facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing standards, practice guidelines, and patient care quality.
• Coordinate nursing workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Promote ethical practice, patient safety, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Registered Nurse RN with relevant postgraduate nursing qualification.
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
• Minimum of 10 years nursing experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong clinical governance and team leadership skills.
