Protocol

It is my honour and privilege to welcome you all to this Press Conference which is designed to announce some salient positions of JOHESU on the state of the nation and outstanding benefit package to JOHESU members. For ease of understanding, the issues at stake include:

1. State of the Nation
2. Outstanding welfare package for JOHESU members.

A. State of the Nation

JOHESU continues to critically evaluate the insecurity of lives and properties in Nigeria. This unfortunate development is apparently properties in Nigeria. This unfortunate development is apparently escalated by poor budgets, in relative terms, that have been dedicated to fighting insurgency at this critical junction in nationhood. A budget of less than 1% of the GDP, like we are speeding to fight terrorism in th present discourse, is grossly inadequate. A quick and deliberate effort to reduce the waste and mismanagement of security votes , is recommended.
