We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Locum Pharmacist

Location: Okota, Lagos

Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

As a Locum Pharmacist:

• Offering advice to patients on their disease condition, the symptoms, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches to managing the condition.
• Pharmacovigilance; Discovering and reporting Drug Therapy Problems to the appropriate bodies.
• Processing prescription and dispensing medication.
• Drug evaluation and monitoring of medication outcome (Patient documentation and follow up)
• Inventory Handling (Out-of-stock compilation, etc.)

Work Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays: Afternoon Shift - 3:30pm to 9:30pm
• Saturdays: Afternoon Shift - 4:00 to 9:30pm
• Sundays: Alternate Sundays from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
