Job Title: Marketing Manager - Ethical Products

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• The Marketing Manager-Ethical Products reports directly to and supports the Executive Director of Marketing & Sales.
• He/She will lead the efforts of the Ethical Products team to build and maintain the market share, scale business and deliver value.
• The position has the responsibility for the development and execution of strategic marketing plan, performance, new product development, research & market insights, stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Person Specification

• Excellent First Degree in Pharmacy or Allied areas from reputable tertiary institutions is required. Master’s degree preferably MBA in Marketing is advantageous. Membership and Professional Certification in Marketing such as CIM, NIMN, etc is added advantage also.
• 5 - 7 years post-graduation experience in the marketing of pharmaceutical products wh not less than 3 years demonstrable track record of high volume sales.
• A deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and business with proven prior experience in marketing & sales of ethical products and team management preferably from manufacturing/fmcg industry and particularly the pharmaceutical sector.
• Sound regulatory an legislative knowledge, business intelligence and insights for strategic input to marketing plan development and tactical implementation,
• Excellent business and relationship management skills, ability to deploy information technology and tools to drive sales and communication skills.
