Job Summary
- We are hiring an experienced and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD) to provide high-quality patient care.
- The ideal candidate will be dedicated to diagnosing and treating medical conditions, promoting patient health, and delivering excellent service in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations to assess patient health and diagnose conditions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary and monitor patient progress.
- Provide preventive healthcare advice and counsel patients on lifestyle changes, nutrition, and wellness.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and progress.
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with the latest medical practices, treatments, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including safety standards, medical ethics, and confidentiality requirements (HIPAA).
- Build strong patient relationships and provide compassionate, high-quality care.
- Address patient concerns and questions, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, if applicable to the specialty.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to medical staff as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid medical license to practice
- Minimum 2 to 4years of experience in clinical practice (or [X] years in a related field).
- Proven ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with patients and staff.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, best practices, and medical ethics.
Preferred Skills:
Any specialty or additional certifications desired, e.g., ACLS certification is an advantage
Experience with Hmo patient care is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: N450,000 per month take-home
