Reference to our Circular Ref. No. N&MCN/SG/RO/CIR/24/VOL.4/160 dated 16th April, 2020 in which you were informed about rescheduling of May 2020 Professional Examination for General/Post Basic Nurses to June 2020 in assumption that the general lockdown will be relaxed.

In order to conform with the Federal Government directives in containing the spread of the virus, the Council has postponed the aforementioned Professional Examination till further notice. A new date will be communicated to you in due course when the Country’s situation improves.

Furthermore, while observing the lockdown directives of the Federal Government and that of your States, Heads of training institutions are encouraged to engage their students in e-learning as part of measures in preparing their candidates for the examination.

Kindly, bring the content of this circular to the attention of all concerned.
