QUERY

A report reaching the Management and the Management Board indicated that on Thursday, 16th June, 2022 you locked in a House Officer in the Adult Orthopaedic Ward against her wish following an altercation between the two of you. This has resulted into a serious crisis.

Your action constitute a serious misconduct punishable under section 4, sub-section 030402(w) of the Public Service Rules of the Federal Government of Nigeria and the University Teaching Hospital Act (Reconstitution of Boards Act etc) LFN, 2000.

You are, therefore, to explain in writing within twenty four (24) hours of the receipt of this letter why disciplinary action should not be taken against you for this act of misconduct.

You response should reach the office of the Director of Administration without delay
