We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Optometrist / Optician

Location: Lekki, Lagos  

Employment Type: Full Time

 

Responsibilities

• Eye Examinations: Conduct comprehensive eye tests to assess vision and detect problems like nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
• Diagnosis of Eye Conditions: Identify common eye diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, and macular degeneration.
• Prescribing Corrective Lenses: Recommend and prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses to improve vision.
• Vision Therapy: Provide treatment plans for certain visual problems, such as eye coordination issues.
• Patient Education: Advise patients on eye care, hygiene, and preventive measures to maintain good vision.
• Detection of Systemic Conditions: Spot signs of broader health issues like diabetes or hypertension through eye examinations.
