Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

• We’re hiring a process-driven Pharmacy Operations Manager to take charge of our Victoria Island branch.
• You’ll enforce SOPs, uphold compliance, and ensure every team member follows laid-down rules and processes.
• If you run a tight ship and don’t compromise on standards, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

• Enforce company policies, SOPs, and pharmacy regulations without exception
• Supervise pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure strict process adherence
• Manage daily operations, inventory control, procurement, and stock audits
• Ensure full compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, and internal control requirements
• Monitor sales, expiry dates, and shrinkage, implement controls to minimize losses
• Handle customer escalations professionally while maintaining operational discipline
• Enforce corrective actions when needed
• Prepare weekly/monthly operations, compliance, and sales reports for management.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Admin, or related field
• 3+ years experience in pharmacy or retail healthcare operations; 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to enforce rules, maintain discipline, and drive process compliance
• Firm but fair leadership style with excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Resident in or able to commute easily to Victoria Island.

What We Offer

• Salary: N150,000 to N200,000 net monthly, based on experience
