Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Job Description

We are seeking someone who is passionate about community health, patient support, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions accurately
• Prepare, package, and label medications under supervision
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers
• Give appropriate guidance on over the counter (OTC) products and health items
• Manage stock levels, monitor expiries, and arrange product displays
• Handle sales transactions and maintain proper records
• Ensure the pharmacy remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology / Pharmacy Technician studies
• Current registration/licence with the appropriate regulatory body
• Experience working in acommunity/retail pharmacy is an added advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of OTC medications and health products
• Strong attention to detail, honesty, and a professional attitude
• Ability to work well in a team and in a fast paced environment.
