We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Locations: Warri & Okuokoko - Delta and Port Harcourt - Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

 

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department.
  • If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about patient care, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescribed medications
  • Ensure all medications are properly labeled and dispensed according to instructions
  • Monitor stock levels to make sure essential medications are always available
  • Receive and store medication supplies while checking for accuracy and quality
  • Carry out routine inventory checks and report on low or expired stock
  • Provide patients with medication instructions and respond to basic prescription inquiries
  • Assist with preparing over-the-counter medications and supplies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all medications dispensed
  • Support compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and standards
  • Work closely with pharmacists, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Support timely processing and delivery of medication orders.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Pharmacy Technology from a recognized institution
  • Valid license from the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and basic medical terminology
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must reside in Warri / Okuokoko / Port Harcourt.
