MOPSON pharmaceutical limited are makers of both ethical and generic medications The Company’s products are all registered with the National Agency for Food and Drugs Administration Control (NAFDAC) in compliance with the statutory regulation. MOPSON Pharmaceutical Limited has been in the business of manufacturing and supply of medicines since 1980. The company has been the preferred supplier of most of the pharmaceutical requirements of government institutions like the Government Hospitals, University Teaching Hospitals, industrial clinics, private hospitals and clinics in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Pharmacist

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Key Responsibilities

• Production Oversight: Manage the production line from raw materials to finished products, ensuring adherence to GMP guidelines and other regulatory standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections, testing, and validation of equipment, processes, and products to maintain established quality standards.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with the production team to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including batch records and inventory management.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Staff Training and Supervision: Provide training and support to production staff on pharmaceutical processes, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Address any production-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist in managing raw materials, and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the quality assurance team to investigate and resolve product quality issues.

 

Requirements

• The candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 0 - 2 years work experience.
