Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Location: Kwara

Job Summary

• We are seeking for a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
• The job requires sales, marketing, detailing, presentation of products to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and relevant stakeholders as well as engagement with institutions.
• The candidate must be currently living in and understand the location advertised.

Job Description

• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Making presentations to Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and relevant Stakeholders as regarding our products
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

• Graduate of Pharmacy or any Medical Science Discipline.
• Must possess at least 2 years post NYSC experience in Sales and Marketing of medical consumables and pharmaceuticals.
• Not more than 27 years as of December 2021.
