ENTRY REQUIREMENT:

1. Candidates applying for admission for the National Diploma (ND) should compulsory o'level five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology or Health Science in not more than two sittings.  

2. Candidates for Health Record Technician (HRT) programme should have at least three (3) credits and two (2) passes in the relevant subjects in SSCE, WASC or its equivalent in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and any other subjects.
