Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission in the 2025/2026 academic session into the :

NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSING (ND2years) /HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN NURSING (HND 2years)

Procedure for Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) is as follows:-

1. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age
2. Candidate should have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2025 JAMB
3. Candidate should have a minimum of credit pass in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings at GCE O/level /WAEC/ NECO/NABTEB;

Mathematics , English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

• Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to College of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.
• Candidates are to upload scanned copies of the under-listed on the portal during registration to purchase the post UTME FORM
• JAMB result slip
• JAMB change of institution slip
• WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results
• Birth Certificate
• Passport photograph

Ensure you upload your O/L result to Central Admission Processing System (CAPS)

COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORM

Application forms are obtainable online from UBTHCONS website: conubthttp://conubth.edu.ngh.edu.ng with an uploaded receipt of a non-refundable fee paid via the REMITA platform to UBTH TSA as selected by the applicant on the portal.

• Sale of Post UTME form commences 27th of June to 19th of September, 2025.
• Post UTME Screening test will hold on Saturday 26th of September, 2025 .

FORM FEE: N2000

Upon admission, go to Jamb caps, pay the required fee and print your admission letter.
