ADMISSION INTO NATIONAL DIPLOMA/HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA PROGRAMME FOR 2025/2026 ACADEMIC YEAR (School Of Health Information Management)

All interested candidates for admission into 2025/2026 National Diploma/Higher National Diploma programme in Health Information Management of the above named institution are hereby invited to apply, for the Admission Form which is currently on sale.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates for admission into the Notional Diploma (ND) programme must possess;-  
• Minimum of five (5) credits (English language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry) in not more than two sittings in WASC/SSCE or its equivalent. - Evidence of
• 2025 JAMB examination results with acceptable cut off mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) in the relevant subjects.
• Candidates for admission into the Higher National Diploma (HND) programme must Possess, National Diploma Certificate in Health Information Management (HIM) with a minimum of lower credit « Evidence of completion of one year relevant work experience in a reputable Health institution and
• Evidence of past JAMB admission letter for National Diploma (ND) admission issued by JAMB. Note: Any HND candidates that present with 2025 JAMB examination results is automatically disqualified for admission.

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Interested candidates should pay into the UMTH - School Management Account a non-refundable fee of N6, 000.00 for HND programme and N2, 000.00 as JAMB screening fee for ND programme at any commercial bank of your choice. The bank teller should be change to hospital receipts and the duplicate copy is to be return to the school administrative officer.

 

CLOSING DATE FOR SALE OF FORMS

The sales of forms for both the ND/HND programme for the 2025/2026 admission  

Exercise will be close on or before 31" July, 2025.
