Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into School of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Two years Regular and One Year Special programmes are available.

Applicants must be holders of Diploma in Community Health with not less than two years post qualification or Community Health Extension Workers Certificate (CHEW). All applicants must have five credits O’level passes in SSCE, WASC, NECO, GCE or NABTEB at not more than two (2) sittings which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry in addition, all applicants must be duly registered with the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria and possess a valid practicing license.

 

For one-year special programme, a first Degree in:

i. Community Health

ii. Public Health

iii. Health Education

iv. Human Nutrition

v.  Microbiology

is required in addition to the requirements stated above.

Application forms are available at the School of Community Health, University of Uyo Teaching Hospital, Uyo at the cost of Ten Thousand (10,000.00) naira for Regular students and Fifteen Thousand Naira (#15,000.00) only for one-year Special Programme.

Closing date for sales and submission of Application forms Is Thursday 31” July, 2025.  

Date for Entrance Examination will be communicated to shortlisted applicants.
