In line with the presidential directive to enroll all MDAs drawing thier personnel cost from the consolidated revenue fund and the renewed government decision to enroll consultants on IPPIS, I am directed to request you to kindly forward the following documents to kick start their enrollment process and payment of thier salaries on IPPIS Platform

 

Current Nominal roll and august 2017 payroll

List of Departments, sections and units

Deductions, tax, NHF, Pensions, Cooperative, union etc

List of Cooperatives, Unions and Association

Official Telephone and email address

List of consultants already captured on IPPIS with IPPIS numbers and institution where they were enrolled

 

 

Your submission which should be in hard and soft copy (excel format) are to be submited on or before friday 14th October 2017 for further processing towards realizing the objectives of the scheme
