Our client is a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Lagos with market leading Ethical and OTC brands in different therapy areas. As part of a strategic drive with the objective of strengthening her competitive edge in the market, the company urgently requires the services of self - motivated and results oriented field sales personnel who will interphase effectively with the healthcare professionals and the trade channel operators in the territories assigned to them. The will be required to secure the endorsement of the company brands by the healthcare professionals and driving for optimum visibility in the trade channels.

AREA SALES MANAGER  

Experience: 2 years

Area Sales Manager will be required to drive the marketing, sales and distribution objectives of the company in the region and provide effective leadership for the team of restive Medical Sales Representatives deployed to the territory. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will be based in Enugu or Aba. 

Qualifications/Experience/Skills/Competencies

. A good Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.

. Current registration with the PCN and PSN are basic requirements.

. Not less than two years' experience as an Area Sales Manager in a reputable pharmaceutical company.

. Track record of achievements in previous employments

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

. Demonstrable leadership skills and a strong and infectious "can do" attitcde.

. Profound knowledge of the territory; and so candidates would have worked in the East.
