About Us  – We are commissioning Trauma, Cardiology and Fertility Services in our Centre in Abuja and are looking for highly motivated clinical staff to join our team.

 

Requirements

MBBS qualified with minimum 5 years post qualification experience. Experience working within a HMO desirable. The person will lead relationship development between for the Centre, HMOs, Corporate and other healthcare referring providers.  Possession of a post-graduate degree in Public Health, Health Management, Health Financing or related field will be an advantage.  Experience in people management and procurement within a healthcare environment is essential.  

 

• Evidence of ability to lead people successfully

• Health service sector experience

• Excellent communication skills both written and oral

• Excellent analytical and negotiating skills

• Evidence of networking ability within the Healthcare sector

• Conflict resolution skills and Good IT skills
