Head Of Business- Personal Care Business Group, to be based in Lagos. The Business Head is expected to bring in innovative strategy to lead a sales team in driving the Personal care products to achieve good market share, turnover and profit objectives under laid down Policies and innovative strategies.

 

The Candidates

First Degree in any of the Biological Sciences, B.Sc in Marketing or any allied Social Sciences. MBA Marketing will be an added advantage

Entrepreneurial skills

3 years Sales management and 2 years Product management in a successful FMCG company.

Executive Leadership and People management skills

Excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of Consumer market.

Good analytical skills

Executive management of Business issues

Computer Literacy

An outgoing person. 

Age: 30 - 40 years
