Job Summary
* To build strong health information centre that will ensure prompt service to patient.
* To ensure complete and accurate documentation of all patient records and to protect the confidentiality of patient health records.
 
Key Result Areas (KRA)
The key result areas of this role are:
* Clinical Care
* Send admission notification to companies
* Get authorization from companies for specialized investigations and surgeries
* Prepare medical report for client
* File Retrieval - Antenatal Clinic
* Patient’s reminderappointment
* Appointment Scheduling
* Document scanning and archiving
* Adherence to clinical governance
 
The Person
* Minimum academic qualification of an OND in Health Information Management/Biostatics and a Practicing License. 
* 0-2 years relevant work experience in the health sector.
* Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with Lily hospitals' health and safety policy and statutory regulations.
* Ensure a clean, comfortable and safe environment for patients, clients and members of staff to help reduce infection.
* Knowledge of the Microsoft office package.
* Outstanding communication (oral and written), interpersonal and people management skills.
* Possess high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

* Salary in line with industry standard.
