Position:

Medical Officer 

 

Job Description:

Attend to all outpatients cases including new and old ones.

Attend to emergency cases just been rushed to the hospital.

Go on ward rounds with the senior medical officer twice a week.

Patients are to be treated using hospital treatment protocols.

Refer patients requiring specialist care as appropriate.

Required to attend continuing medical education once in four months.

Required to attend all clinical meetings which are presently been done every two weeks.

Ensure all equipment in the consulting room being used are functioning on daily basis.

Fill HMO Claim forms for all discharge cases.

Write medical reports as of when necessary.

Collaborate with other hospital staff in the spirit of teamwork

Working as a team in medical auditing.

 

NOTE: 

Applicants must have  3 years and above of working experience POST-NYSC

Must also have knowledge about HMO operations.
