Position: Head Nurse
Location: Nigeria
Position Overview
* Must understand and effect clinical governance
* Responsible for organizing, monitoring and coordinating the team, also ensuring that organizational goals are met.
Requirements * Preferably female 40yrs - 52yrs
* Minimum of (RN) Registered Nurse and (RM) Registered Midwife
* Minimum of 10 years progressive managerial experience in a dynamic and progressive medical organization
* Leadership capabilities in developing others and strong executive presence.
Salary
Attractive salary with official car after a probationary period of 6 months.
