The ministry has been informed about a brand of paracetamol tablet with the inscription P500. The said paracetamol tablet is said to cause body rashes and high temperature among others when used.

Consequent upon this, it is therefore important to inform all our health facilites to be on the lookout for any one that comes down with body rashes, high temperature or other complains after the use of any paracetamol tablet and to report to the Ministry of health and other relevant agencies immediaately Please ensure this is given the necessary circulation
