A vibrant and fast growing Manufacturing Company is requiring the services of a highly innovative Production Pharmacist, who is very commercially savvy and can work in a very dynamic environment.
Position: Production Pharmacist
Job Description:
. Regulatory compliance of Pharma-Veterinary production processes
. New Product Development for Pharma-Veterinary products
. Liaison with Pharmaceutical Council of Nigeria, NAFDAC and other relevant agencies
. Production plant and process supervision
. Advisory services to regulatory agencies, customers and distribution channels
. Customer Experience Management
Candidate Specification:
. Candidate must have a good B. Pharm. degree
. Excellent knowledge of product development and commercialization
. Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience in the food or drug manufacturing industry. Laboratory analytical experience will be an advantage
. Working knowledge of cGMP
. Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems
. Good Management and interpersonal skills; able to manage people
. Able to work under pressure and long hours
. Networking, CRM and Numerate skills; way beyond just good
. A self motivated Innovator, able to inspire others
