We provide psychological and counselling services, inpatient facilities/ treatment, day hospital, rehabilitation, community care etc. In addition, we treat all forms of disorders related to mental health and drug addiction.

Presently we are in the process of expanding our organization and are looking for exceptional, committed, innovative and highly motivated staff, willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide a stellar service within a confidentiality driven service practice.

Job Title: Senior Medical Officer

Location: Ikeja, lagos.

Nature of Contract: 6 months Locum

Salary: N200,000 monthly

Date Of Resumption: 28th February 2018

Responsibilities:
1.) Inpatient Assessment, ward rounds and review (diagnosis, management plan medications).
2.) Liaising with consultants with regards to Inpatient and Outpatient care.
3.) Outpatient review and initial assessment.
4.) Relating with patients relatives / caregivers on present state of health and further management.
5.) Home pickups of clients/potential clients.
6.) Staff reviews on health related matters.
7.) Providing documentation as regards Health reports and discharge, summaries of clients.
8.) Attending to emergencies as regards clients (inpatient) health care.
9.) Perform managerial, research and development duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.) MBBS
2.) 3 to 5years Experience in patient assessment.
3.) Must have completed NYSC.
4.) Experience in a Mental health setting will be added advantage
5.) Good listening ability.
6.) Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
7.) Excellent relationship management.
8.) Proactive problem solving approach.
9.) Stress tolerance.
10.) High level of professionalism.
11.) Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
12.) Must have excellent interpersonal skill
13.) Proactive problem-solving skill and a friendly disposition

15.) Must have good presentation skills

16.) Good grasp of business development
