Collibex Pharmacy situated in Mafoluku, Oshodi Isolo, Lagos State - Nigeria is currently recruiting to fill the following positions;
Position 1: Microbiologist
Duties/Responsibilities:
. Planning and carrying out trials.
. Tracking environmental micro-organism development.
. Growing microbe cultures.
. Developing new pharmaceutical products, vaccines, medicines and compounds such as antiseptics.
. Collecting samples from a variety of locations
. Recording, analysing and interpreting data
. Writing research papers, reports and reviews
. Keeping up-to-date with scientific and research developments; Ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines
. Observing high health and safety standards
. Inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination.
. Managing laboratories.
Qualifications/Requirements:
. A qualified microbiologist/degree in relevant field.
. Applicants must be self accountable and personally develop working schemes.
. Minimum of 0-2 years experience
. Applicants must be dedicated to his or her assigned duties on-field/out-field.
. Applicants must be able to contribute his/her ideas in developing new platforms for growth.
. Excellent communication skill.
Position 2: Pharmacist
Duties/Responsibilities:
. Identify and manage risks to patients, the public and those you employ
. Set the overarching standards and policies for the pharmaceutical aspects of the business.
. Manage the keeping, preparing, dispensing and sale or supply of medicinal products by a registered retail pharmacy business
. Ensure that all legal and professional requirements are adhered to
. Respond appropriately to any systems failures or concerns that may arise
. Make sure that the responsible pharmacist is supported to fulfil their legal and professional responsibilities and appropriate systems are in place to deal with concerns raised by the responsible pharmacist
. Make sure clear lines of accountability exist and that a retrievable audit trail of the health professional taking responsibility for the provision of each pharmacy service is maintained
Qualifications/Requirements:
. A qualified pharmacist.
. Minimum of 0-2 years experience.
. Applicants must be industrious.
. Excellent communication skills.
