Available Academic Staff Positions and Requirements

Applications are open for the following academic ranks:

Assistant Lecturer (CONUASS 2)

• Master’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 5.0 scale
• Acceptable qualifications: B.Sc in Accountancy with ACA/ACCA, DVM, MBBS, LLB with BL, B.Pharm, B.Eng with COREN

Lecturer II (CONUASS 3)

• Ph.D. or Master’s Degree with 3 years post-qualification experience and at least 3 publications
• Acceptable combinations include Engineering with COREN, Accountancy with ACA/ACCA and 2 publications

Lecturer I (CONUASS 4)

• Ph.D. with 3 years post-qualification experience and 3 publications
• M.Sc. with 5 publications and 5 years post-qualification experience
• For candidates from industry: M.Sc. with 8 years of relevant experience

Senior Lecturer (CONUASS 5)

• Ph.D. with 6 years of relevant experience and at least 6 publications (lead author in at least 3)

Associate Professor (CONUASS 6)

• Ph.D. with 9 years of relevant experience
• At least 12 publications with the candidate as lead author in 6

Professor (CONUASS 7)

• Ph.D. with 12 years of relevant experience
• At least 18 publications with the candidate as lead author in 9
