RE: VERIFICATION EXERCISE AND OPERATION SHOW YOUR CERTIFICATES / NOTIFICATION OF REGISTRATION AND LICENSE N KATSINA METROPOLIS

I am directed to inform and intimate you that a joint team from Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria including a Council board member and Ministry of Health has been scheduled to visit your hospital from 22nd – 24th September, 2021. This is to take stock and thereby verify all professional registration/certificates and license of nurses / midwives.

In view of the above the affected staff should present their originals such as:

·        Original Notification of Registration / Certificates

·        Valid Practicing License

Please kindly work hand in hand with the National Association of Nigeria Nurses and Midwives (NANNM) chairman of your hospital branch for the success of this exercise.
