#PCN: Update on First Cycle 2022 Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Orientation Programme (FPGOP)

The first cycle of 2022 FPGOP is scheduled to hold from April 24 to June 05, 2022, at two (2) PCN designated Centres namely: Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Kaduna State University, Kaduna, (North), and Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lagos, Lagos State (South).

There are Regular (6weeeks) and Online (3weeks) programmes. The Regular programme is for Pharmacy Graduates with less than five (5) years post qualification experience while the Online programme is for candidates with more than five (5) years post qualification practice experience with current Annual license in their country of training or residence.

Registration has commenced and interested participants are requested to apply attaching relevant documents namely:

  • A duly completed Application Form;
  • O’level result (with five (5) credits passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry);
  • Two (2) passport-size photograph;
  • Degree Certificate;
  • Birth Certificate (certified copy) or Age Declaration;
  • Original copy of a sealed Academic Transcript;(or a notarized unsealed original copy);
  • Certificate of Registration or Annual license to practice (where applicable);
  • Evidence of payment

Applicants without the relevant documents as listed above NEED not apply for this programme. Only Original Transcripts and notarized photocopies of other documents inclusive of the application form shall be accepted.

The Registration fee is $900 for the regular and $1500 for online participants. (The exchange rate is N410 per Dollar).

Participants are to CLEARLY indicate on their Application Form their Centre of Choice for the Orientation Programme.

Online participants are expected to join the regular participants at their respective Centres of choice on Monday, May 16, 2022.

The deadline for submission/uploading of all Application Forms and relevant documents is Monday, April 11, 2022. Late submission of the application attracts a payment of 10% of the total fee.

Applicants with incomplete documents shall not be shortlisted for the programme.

Applicants are advised to consult the PCN website or the nearest PCN Office for further enquiries. The PCN Guideline on the Orientation Programme is available for sale at PCN Offices nationwide.
