University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Enugu 2025/2026 Admission into School of Community Health For Community Health Officers

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• O'level with a minimum of five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics in not more than two sittings (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB)
• Diploma in community (CHEW)
• Current practicing license
• For one year special applicants, a first degree in Health Science or Health Education or Public Health is required in addition to the other requirements above

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION

• Visit www.unthportal.org
• Navigate to Community Health Officer Training Programme
• Fill The Application form
• Proceed to make payment using your prefered payment option (N10,000) for two years/regular Programme and N15,000 for one year/special programme.
• Print out the payment reciept examination slip and application form output
• Submit all the print outs to the school secretary
